Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive – Reseller Acquisition to drive the expansion of our reseller network. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales and negotiation skills who thrives in a target-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing resellers who will sell MithTech’s products and contribute to the company’s growth. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with resellers, ensure they are equipped with the right tools and support, and drive sales for the company’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Reseller Acquisition & Relationship Building:

  • Identify and target potential resellers in key markets.
  • Reach out to and onboard new resellers who are aligned with MithTech’s products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with resellers, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to sell MithTech products.
  • Engage with resellers regularly to understand their needs and address any challenges they face in selling our products.

📈 Sales Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase reseller sign-ups and drive product sales through the reseller network.
  • Track reseller performance, set sales targets, and provide support to help resellers achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide resellers with effective sales tools, product information, and promotional materials.

💡 Training & Support:

  • Provide resellers with the necessary training on MithTech products, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell our solutions to end customers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for reseller inquiries, offering ongoing support to address any sales-related concerns.
  • Help resellers develop effective sales strategies and ensure they have access to the resources they need to succeed.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to create and refine reseller acquisition strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional activities that drive reseller engagement and product sales.

📊 Reporting & Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on reseller sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the reseller network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, reseller acquisition, or business development, preferably in a technology or software-related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support resellers in overcoming challenges.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training materials and sales support tools.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools and the ability to analyze sales data.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for growing reseller networks and driving sales.
