How big is MithTech?

MithTech is an enterprise-level provider with a small senior AI-assisted team of 35, sales and support included. AI throughout delivery is how a team that size takes on work for large companies, such as a nine-plant manufacturer that moved off SAP Business One in 11 weeks. Are you a Frappe partner?

Accepted Answer

No. We are Frappe specialists: we implement, extend and support ERPNext and build on Frappe, without being on Frappe's partner list. What we offer instead is a record you can check: named go-lives with their weeks, and fixes we have sent to Frappe's and Medusa's own code on GitHub. Our essay on independence says why.

Which systems do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We implement or support ERPNext, Tally, SAP Business One, Zoho and Odoo, and we build mainly on Frappe and Medusa. We don't implement Microsoft or Oracle, but we will read your plan and give a second opinion. If you run a mix, such as Tally with Excel for stock, we start from that.

Do we own what you build?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The source code sits in your repository, the data and backups on servers you choose, and custom work in its own app so ERPNext updates install cleanly. There is no exit fee. Hand-over notes are written from day one, so your team, or another firm, can run it without us.

Where are you, and do you work outside India?

Accepted Answer

Our office is in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, and the company is registered in Karnataka as Mithtech Innovative Solutions Private Limited. We work with businesses in India and abroad. Most of the work runs remotely, with your team on calls and on a shared test site, so where you are rarely changes how a project runs.
