Lamongie — one platform serving both a dealer network and retail buyers.
Lamongie runs B2B and B2C textile commerce on one Medusa platform — around thirty custom domain modules for dealer pricing, matrix ordering and warehousing, synced to ERPNext so commerce and the ledger stay one system.
Before
- B2B dealer pricing and retail pricing living in separate systems, reconciled by hand
- Orders placed against a catalogue that did not know current warehouse position
- No single ledger — commerce and ERP each held a partial view of the same order
What we shipped
- Medusa 2.0 backend with roughly thirty custom domain modules — B2B pricing, matrix ordering, master-carton packing, warehouse, logistics and role-based access
- Next.js storefront serving dealer and retail buyers from one catalogue, with per-company pricing
- ERPNext sync as a first-class plugin, so stock, orders and accounting stay one ledger rather than two
- Razorpay and a Cashfree wallet for payment, with MSG91 SMS and WhatsApp for transactional messaging
After
- One catalogue and one order pipeline serving both channels, with pricing resolved per company
- Warehouse position visible at the point of order rather than reconciled after it
- Commerce and ERP operating as one system, with the sync owned as a maintained plugin
