Is there a licence fee for ERPNext?

No. ERPNext and the Frappe apps are open source, with no fee per user. You pay for the work to set them up, the hosting and the support. Third-party apps or services you choose may have their own fees; we list them apart.

Why does the price change by country?

Prices change with the compliance work in your country: its tax and e-invoicing rules, the reports it asks for, the time-zone gap and travel. You see every figure in your own currency.

Do you give discounts?

The estimator and this page show list prices. Any discount is agreed in the written plan, never in an estimate, so the figures here stay the same for everyone.

How long is an estimate valid?

30 days from the date on it. After that the price table may have changed; open the estimator again for a fresh one, or ask us to hold it in the written plan.

Each app, module, custom report or app, phone app, data source and integration has its own time in our price table. Project management and testing add 12% of the build.

2 · Price

One day rate, the same for every client.

₹15,000 a person-day; a day of custom work you name is ₹12,000–18,000. The range comes from the time, not from haggling. No plan costs less than ₹3.5 lakh.

3 · Your country

Priced for where you are.

Prices change with the compliance work in your country: tax and e‑invoicing rules, the time‑zone gap, travel. You see every figure in your own currency.

4 · Fixed in writing

The written plan fixes the price.

An estimate is valid for 30 days. After a 30-minute call the written plan fixes the scope and the price; changes after that are change requests at the same day rates.

Why do you show ranges and not one price?

The same scope can take more or less time: how clean your data is, how quickly your team decides, how many approvals the work needs. We show the low and the high end of the time it usually takes; the high end is never more than 1.6 times the low end. The written plan gives one number.
