ERPNext & Frappe engineering practice

ERPNext & Frappeimplementation, done right.

We deploy, customise and operate ERPNext and Frappe end-to-end — no per-user licence fees, no lock-out from your own data.

What you actually get

A team that owns delivery — not just the architecture diagram.

We configure, customise, integrate and run the stack as a managed service — the implementation burden stays with us.

Frappe Framework

Full-stack Python/JS framework for metadata, UI and database orchestration — our base for custom apps beyond ERPNext.

ERPNext

The flagship Frappe app — finance, HR, manufacturing, retail, projects and CRM in one system, fitted to your processes.

Modular custom apps

Domain apps built as plugins outside the core, so upgrades stay clean and customisations survive.

Open source, owned by you

100% open source, no per-user licensing — you own source and data, and can move hosts or maintainers anytime.

Delivery boundary

Designed around the workflow in scope.

This page describes a reference approach, not an automatic bundle. We agree the systems, record ownership, interfaces, approvals, delivery gates and handover before implementation. Published outcomes are used only where their client-approved basis is clear.

Frappe or ERPNext — which one do you actually need?

Frappe is the framework — Python and JavaScript handling data models, permissions, UI and database. ERPNext is an application built on it — the finance, inventory, manufacturing, HR and CRM system most businesses want.

To run a business you want ERPNext; reach for Frappe directly only when no standard module fits — a lending workflow, a patient record. Most engagements are ERPNext configured properly, plus one small custom app where warranted.

Which Frappe apps will you actually use?

Frappe's modularity tempts teams to install more than they can adopt. Start with ERPNext; add an app only when a real team is waiting for it.
