What moves, for your B1

Nothing switches until the test load ties out.

What always moves and stays is below; tick what you have above to add the rest.

Three ways off SAP Business One

Moving everything at once isn't always right.

Move fully

Best if plants, branches or users keep growing and every change waits on a partner

ERPNext becomes the books and the operations from one switch date.

Move in phases

Best if one company or plant can go first, or the books should switch at a year start

One company goes live and ties out; the others follow on the same setup.

Stay on SAP Business One, with our support

Best if B1 works and what hurts is a report, an add‑on or an integration

We fix those around your B1. We don't sell SAP licences.

Switch only when it ties out

  1. Map your B1

Companies, accounts, partners, stock, add‑ons and user‑defined fields, in a written plan that says what moves, what is rebuilt and what stays archived.

  2. Load, then tie out

A test load checked against your SAP trial balance, ageing and stock value, with your accountant, until it matches.

  3. Switch before the renewal

On a month start or 1 April. B1 goes read‑only; your team is trained on your own data, and we sit in on the first month‑end.

Our ERPNext projects went live in 9 to 12 weeks a site (Fixcent, Rosemount, a nine‑plant manufacturer off SAP Business One, Splendx; 2026). Your timeline is in the written plan. Moving off SAP ECC or S/4 instead? SAP to ERPNext.
