Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B software solutions and a passion for helping businesses adopt open-source technology. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and target potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, etc.)
    • Research and develop a list of prospective clients and industries
  • Sales Presentations & Demos:
    • Present and demonstrate ERPNext, WooCommerce, n8n, and Mautic solutions to potential clients
    • Explain the benefits and ROI of open-source solutions tailored to each client’s business needs
  • Relationship Building & Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support
  • Sales Strategy & Performance:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing:
    • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to the implementation team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in software or technology)
  • Familiarity with open-source software solutions (ERPNext, WooCommerce, n8n, Mautic) is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex software solutions to non-technical clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
