Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Resellers to join our network. As a Reseller, you will work on a commission basis to promote and sell our open-source solutions to businesses. This is a flexible, performance-driven opportunity where you can grow your income by helping businesses implement powerful open-source software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach

    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers in your target territory

  • Sales & Product Presentation:

    • Present ERPNext, WooCommerce, n8n, and Mautic solutions to potential clients

    • Explain the value proposition of open-source software and how it can benefit their business

  • Closing Deals & Contract Negotiation:

    • Handle client objections and negotiate contract terms

    • Close sales and ensure smooth handover to the implementation team

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

    • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and support

  • Market Expansion:

    • Identify new markets and business opportunities for open-source software

    • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs

Commission Structure:

  • Competitive commission on every closed deal

  • Performance-based incentives for exceeding targets

  • Recurring commission on renewals and upselling opportunities

  • 30% Commission on the total deal value when sold at the agreed price.

  • 70% Commission on the excess value above the agreed price.

    • Example:

      • Agreed price = ₹1,00,000

      • Selling price = ₹1,20,000

      • Commission on ₹1,00,000 = ₹30,000 (30%)

      • Excess value = ₹20,000 → Commission on excess = ₹14,000 (70%)

      • Total Commission = ₹30,000 + ₹14,000 = ₹44,000

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or software sales is preferred

  • Strong understanding of open-source software (ERPNext, WooCommerce, n8n, Mautic) is a plus

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Ability to explain complex software solutions in simple terms
