ERPNext support & AMC — FAQs

Do you support ERPNext you didn't implement?
Yes. We take over support for existing ERPNext deployments after a short onboarding audit — we review your version, customisations, hosting and open issues, then put a support plan in place. You don't need to have built it with us.
What does an ERPNext AMC / support plan cover?
Typically: issue resolution and bug fixes, version upgrades and patches, small enhancements and new reports, user help-desk, and proactive monitoring, backups and security. The exact scope and response times are agreed up front so you know what's included.
What are your support response times?
We work to response and resolution targets agreed in your plan, tiered by severity — a production-down issue is treated very differently from a cosmetic request. We'll define those SLAs together based on how critical ERPNext is to your operations.
Do you handle ERPNext version upgrades?
Yes. We manage upgrades on a staging copy first — testing your customisations and integrations against the new version — then schedule the production upgrade with a rollback plan, so you stay current without surprises.
Can you support both self-hosted and managed ERPNext?
Yes. Whether ERPNext runs on your own servers or on hosting we operate, we support it. Either way the system stays yours — source, data and runtime — with no licence lock-in.
How is support priced?
Support is usually a monthly or annual retainer (AMC) sized to your system and the response tier you need — not a per-user fee. We scope it after the onboarding audit so the price matches your actual usage. Talk to us for a tailored plan.
