ERPNext & Frappe implementation studio

ERPNext & Frappe
implementation, done right.

Mith Tech is an independent open-source implementation studio for businesses moving onto ERPNext and the Frappe framework. We deploy, customise and operate the stack end-to-end — finance, HR, manufacturing, retail and custom apps — without per-user licence fees and without locking you out of your own data.

What you actually get

An ERP team that owns delivery — not just the slide deck.

ERPNext is one of the world's most capable open-source ERPs and Frappe is the framework underneath it. Mith Tech configures, customises, integrates and runs the stack as a managed service — so your operations team gets the outcome, not the implementation burden.

Frappe Framework

A full-stack, batteries-included Python/JS framework that handles metadata, UI and database orchestration — the foundation we use to build custom apps when ERPNext alone isn't enough.

ERPNext

The flagship app on Frappe — finance, HR, manufacturing, retail, projects and CRM in one consistent system, configured around your real processes.

Modular custom apps

Plugin-based architecture lets us add or build domain-specific apps without touching the core — upgrades stay clean and your customisations survive.

Open source, owned by you

100% open source with no per-user licensing — full source ownership, data sovereignty and the freedom to move hosts or maintainers at any time.

Frappe or ERPNext — which one do you actually need?

This is the question we answer more than any other, and the confusion costs people real money. Frappe is the framework — the Python and JavaScript foundation that handles data models, permissions, the UI and the database. ERPNext is an application built on it — the finance, inventory, manufacturing, HR and CRM system most businesses actually want. Frappe is the engine; ERPNext is the car.

In practice: if you need to run a business, you want ERPNext, and you will barely think about Frappe. You only reach for Frappe directly when your process genuinely does not fit any standard module and a custom app is the honest answer — a lending workflow, a patient record, a vertical-specific process. Most engagements are ERPNext configured properly, with one small custom app where it is truly warranted.

Which Frappe apps will you actually use?

The Frappe ecosystem is modular, which is a strength and a trap — teams routinely install more than they need and then struggle to adopt any of it. Start with ERPNext, add an app only when a real team is waiting for it.
