What it does
What can ERPNext do?
Every ERPNext capability MithTech configures, on a real deployed customer workload.
Live IRN generation through an authorised GSP. e-Invoicing baked in.
Every Mithtech ERPNext deployment ships GST-ready: e-invoicing via authorised GSP for live IRN generation, e-way bills, TDS / TCS, HSN / SAC masters, GSTR-1 / 3B exports. No add-on, no per-IRN fee. For non-India tenants we wire VAT (UAE), ZATCA Phase II (Saudi), Making Tax Digital (UK), and US GAAP.
- Live IRN + QR generation via authorised GSP partner
- e-Way bills auto-generated against shipment dispatch
- Bank reconciliation with statement import (works with Mint module)
- Multi-entity consolidation across currencies and tax regimes

A day in the life
How does ERPNext work?
How MithTech takes ERPNext from scope to production — the mockup advances as you scroll.
1. Discovery + chart-of-accounts design.
Two-week discovery sprint: workflow mapping, chart-of-accounts design (we don't reuse Tally's), tax regime setup, integration scope. We deliver a written scope document — what's in, what's out, what's deferred — before any deployment work starts.
2. Migrate from Tally / SAP / Zoho / QuickBooks.
Mithtech's data-migration team handles the import: opening balances, master data (customers, suppliers, items, employees), historical transactions where needed. Validations against trial balance before go-live. Tally is the most common source — we have a battle-tested mapping.
3. Configure GST + customise to your workflow.
Authorised GSP wired in for live IRN. Custom fields, document numbering series, approval workflows, role permissions, print formats with your letterhead. Heavy customisation lives in a custom Frappe app, not in ERPNext core — so future ERPNext upgrades don't break your changes.
4. Train + parallel-run with the old system.
Onboarding sessions for every team — accounts, sales, stores, production, HR. Two to four weeks of parallel-running where new transactions land in both old and new systems; we reconcile daily. Cutover happens only when the books match for a full month.
5. Go live + 30-day hand-holding + AMC.
Production go-live with Mithtech engineers on the support thread for 30 days post-launch. Optional AMC after that: monitoring, ERPNext version upgrades (we test against your customisations first), feature additions, and statutory updates as GST / VAT / ZATCA rules change.
