Talk to a product expertWhat is actually in the Mith Tech SaaS suite?
Worth being precise about what is what, because vendors are usually vague here. Polygin and Qu6 are our own products, designed and built in-house by Mith Tech — Qu6 runs as a live SaaS in its own right at qu6.in. Listmonk and n8n are open-source tools we did not build, but do deploy, host and support for you. Either way the outcome is the same: software that is live and looked after, rather than a project you have to staff.
| Tool | Who provides it | What it solves |
|---|---|---|
| Polygin | Built in-house by Mith Tech | Turns WhatsApp into a real sales and support channel — catalogue, orders and automated replies. |
| Polygin Stores | Built in-house by Mith Tech | Commerce plus marketing automation — campaigns, journeys and conversion tracking in one place. |
| Qu6 | Built in-house by Mith Tech | Projects, tasks and team collaboration in a single workspace instead of scattered tools. |
| Listmonk + n8n | Open source — we deploy & support it | Self-hosted bulk email and workflow automation without per-contact billing. |
Should you buy a SaaS product or self-host open source?
Choose a ready-made SaaS product when speed matters more than control — you want the thing working this month, and you would rather we carry the hosting, patching and support. Choose self-hosted open source when you want to own the data and the source, avoid per-user licence fees as the team grows, and customise deeply. Plenty of our clients run both: a SaaS product for one workflow, self-hosted ERPNext for the core of the business.
| Dimension | Managed by Mith Tech | Self-hosted open source |
|---|---|---|
| Time to live | Days — configured, not built | Weeks — a proper implementation project |
| Who runs it | We host, patch and support it | You — or we manage it for you |
| Customisation | Configuration within the product | Deep — you hold the source |
| Where data lives | Our managed infrastructure | Infrastructure you choose and control |
| Best when | You want it working now | You want to own it long term |
If ownership is the priority, start with Frappe and ERPNext or let us run it for you on managed open-source hosting. If you want a finished product instead, the fastest starting point is Polygin for WhatsApp. Not sure which side you fall on? That is exactly the conversation to have on a scoping call.
