How does Polygin work?
How MithTech takes Polygin from scope to production — the mockup advances as you scroll.
1. Lead lands on WhatsApp.
A prospect clicks your WhatsApp CTA on the website / Meta ad / QR code. The bot replies in seconds, asks two qualifying questions, and shares the right brochure.
2. AI qualifies — or hands off.
If intent is clear (price, brochure, FAQ), the AI bot answers with retrieval-grounded copy. If the prospect goes off-script, the conversation is auto-assigned to a human agent.
3. ERPNext gets the lead, instantly.
The conversation creates (or matches) a Lead in ERPNext / Frappe CRM with all attributes — source, project interest, agent owner. No manual data entry.
4. Multi-agent inbox routes work.
Sales sees the qualified lead in the shared inbox with full context — channel, history, CRM record. SLA timer starts; assignment routes by team and tag.
5. Broadcast follow-up at scale.
