ERPNext implementation,
done in Bengaluru.

MithTech delivers ERPNext and the wider practice stack to operators across Bengaluru — on infrastructure the client owns, GST and e-invoice ready, customised to the operating reality, in named phases under governance.

How we work — locally

A Bengaluru team, on the ground.

Implementation is a people problem as much as a software one. Being local means we sit with your team when it matters.

On-site discovery

We map your processes in person across Bengaluru before a single screen is configured — so the build fits reality.

  • Process mapping workshops
  • Key-user interviews
  • Scoped, written plan

Phased go-live

Core finance and operations first, then HR, CRM and BI in phases — value early, risk low.

  • 6–10 week core go-live
  • Parallel-run option
  • On-site training

You own the stack

Deployed on infrastructure you control. Source, data and runtime stay with you — zero licence fees, no lock-in.

  • Self-hosted / your cloud
  • Full source access
  • No per-seat fees
Why the practice

Enterprise systems engineering, owned by the operator.

MithTech is an enterprise systems engineering practice, not a licence reseller. ERPNext sits at the centre of an engagement model that includes Holisto IEP (our own integration plane), Polemarch, Mandifi, and the wider partner stack — so the ERP connects cleanly to commerce, integration, automation, and BI, and is operated as one operating system.

ERPNext in Bangalore — FAQs

Do you provide on-site ERPNext implementation in Bangalore?
Yes. We're based in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, and run discovery workshops, key-user training and go-live support on-site across the city — Whitefield, Electronic City, Peenya, Koramangala and beyond. Outside Bengaluru we deliver remotely with the same process.
How much does ERPNext implementation cost in Bangalore?
The implementation and hosting cost depends on the modules, entities, customisation, and data-migration complexity — not on a per-user licence fee. The practice publishes indicative bands at theERPNext implementation cost page and confirms a fixed-scope quote after a discovery briefing with a principal consultant.
Is ERPNext GST-compliant for Karnataka businesses?
Yes. We configure GST tax templates, GST invoicing, e-invoicing (IRN + QR) and e-way bills, and GSTR-ready reports for Indian requirements. See our GST e-invoicing setup guide.
Can you migrate us from Tally to ERPNext?
Yes. We migrate masters (customers, suppliers, items), opening balances and historical transactions, then reconcile against your books before go-live. Read our Tally-to-ERPNext migration guide.
Do we own the ERPNext system after go-live?
Completely. Source, data, and infrastructure belong to the operator from day one. The codebase is yours, the database is yours, the backups are yours, and the system can be operated by another practice or taken in-house at any point. No licence cliff, no per-seat economics, no proprietary lock-in.
