What this flow is

A customer complains about a part. To act, you need to know which batch it came from, who supplied it, and who else received the same batch.

Here you open the batch's inspection from when it arrived, then the batch itself with its receipt and the quantity left, and the traceability report follows it back to the supplier and forward to every delivery.

A guide on every screen

FlowMentor is our guide app for ERPNext. On each screen it points at the field to fill and the button to press, one step at a time, so you can finish the flow without training. It runs on the real screens, not a video.
