What changes when it runs here
Every week the planner works out what to make for the orders due, what material is short, and what runs on which machine first.

Who gets what
- Planning. Turns the week's orders into work orders and material requests in one place.
- Shop floor. Knows what to run on each machine, and logs it on the job card.
- Quality. Records readings during production, before the parts move on.
The demo is the plain flow. Yours is set up.
In the demo you run it in a made-up company. In a project we set it up for how you work.
In the demo
Mith Demo Traders, a made-up company that makes and sells kettles and toasters. It isn't GST-registered, so its documents carry no tax.
Three toaster orders due this week, 60 toasters in all, are already confirmed, and each toaster needs a shell made first. You plan the week, request the steel sheet that's short, open the work order for the 60 shells, log the cutting on its job card (58 cut, 2 lost), record an in-process inspection, and finish the job card.
You're signed in as a demo visitor. Nothing is emailed, and what you make is removed 15 minutes after you finish.
In your project
- Your bills of materials, with sub-assemblies
- Routings: operations and the machine each runs on
- Inspection templates and where checks happen
- Allowed process loss per operation
- How the plan picks orders: by date, customer or item
