How does Mautic work?
How MithTech takes Mautic from scope to production — the mockup advances as you scroll.
1. Map your current funnel.
Free 30-min: where are leads coming from, where do they drop off, what tools are involved (HubSpot? Mailchimp? Salesforce? spreadsheets?), and what 3 campaigns we'd cut over first.
2. Stand Mautic up on your cloud.
Docker / Postgres / Redis / Amazon SES on AWS ap-south-1 (default for India) or Oracle Cloud Mumbai. SSL, backups, monitoring, deliverability warm-up — all part of the engagement.
3. Migrate contacts + map the first 3 campaigns.
CSV / HubSpot API / Mailchimp export — Mithtech's migration team handles the import + segment recreation + double-opt-in re-confirmation if required for DPDP / GDPR.
4. Wire ERPNext / Frappe CRM + Polygin.
Our mautic-erpnext-bridge auto-syncs qualifying contacts to Lead doctype. Polygin connector for WhatsApp send. Smartflo connector for outbound dial campaigns.
5. Operate — or hand off.
Optional Mithtech managed ops: deliverability monitoring, template authoring as needed, version upgrades, monthly campaign performance review. Or take the keys.
