What this flow is

Goods leave every day. Someone books the courier, prints labels and answers customers who ask where their parcel is.

Here the delivery note says what's packed, and the shipment made from it holds the parcel's size, weight and both addresses, ready for the courier and its tracking number.

Screen by screen

Each step is a real ERPNext screen in the demo company. FlowMentor points at what to fill in.

  1. Delivery Note

What leaves the warehouse for the customer. Submitting it takes the goods out of stock.

  2. Shipment

The parcel: its size, weight and both addresses, made from the delivery note.

Inside the demo company

Mith Demo Traders, a made-up company that makes and sells kettles and toasters. It isn't GST-registered, so its documents carry no tax.

The delivery note is packed and ready; you make the shipment with its parcel and addresses. Courier booking, live van tracking and the customer portal are in MithUniverse only.

You're signed in as a demo visitor. Nothing is emailed, and what you make is removed 15 minutes after you finish.
