How would you like to find the right stack?
How the planner works
Answer a few plain-English questions about your business — industry, team size, the functions you need (accounting, CRM, inventory, HR, eCommerce, marketing) and any compliance requirements such as GST or data residency. The planner maps those answers to a recommended stack of open-source products, usually built around ERPNext and Frappe, adding Medusa for commerce or n8n and Mautic for automation where they fit.
The last business question is your implementation budget. Bring a number and we will pick the highest-value task that fits inside it, then list the rest as the next engagement. The preset ranges on the rate card are not negotiable; the scoping inside a budget is. If you arrive without a number in mind, pick the "I don't have a budget yet" option and the planner will show the full recommended stack instead.
You get back a plan you can download as a PDF proposal: the products we would recommend, a cost band, the slice that fits your budget, and a realistic go-live timeline. No signup wall and no sales call required — it is the same starting point our team uses when scoping a project, so you arrive already knowing the shape of the work.
Want a precise number for an ERP rollout instead? Use the ERPNext cost calculator, read what implementation actually costs, or talk to us to turn a plan into a fixed-scope quote.
