What changes when it runs here
A customer reports a fault. Someone has to own it, check whether it's covered, send an engineer and close it, while the customer waits to hear back.

- Field engineer. Gets the job with the item and its history.
- Service manager. Sees every open claim and how old it is.
The demo is the plain flow. Yours is set up.
In the demo you run it in a made-up company. In a project we set it up for how you work.
In the demo
Mith Demo Traders, a made-up company that makes and sells kettles and toasters. It isn't GST-registered, so its documents carry no tax.
The complaint is a warranty claim with its warranty status set; you book the service visit from it. The WhatsApp message, the Helpdesk ticket and response-time tracking are in MithUniverse only.
You're signed in as a demo visitor. Nothing is emailed, and what you make is removed 15 minutes after you finish.
In your project
- Complaints from WhatsApp or email into claims
- Serial numbers and warranty periods per item
- AMC contracts per customer
- Engineer visits and service reports
- Response-time targets with Frappe Helpdesk
