Retail × ERPNext
ERPNext for retail and D2C brands — in India
Multi-store inventory, POS, GST invoicing, loyalty, and the headless storefront — without per-user licence fees.
Mith Tech implements ERPNext for retail chains, D2C brands, and omnichannel operators across India. The build covers multi-store stock with inter-store transfer, POS (online and offline), GST invoicing and returns, loyalty programs, customer credit, and a Medusa.js or Next.js storefront wired straight to the same inventory and order ledger.
Compliance, in the cell
GST is configured for intra-state and inter-state retail, including composition scheme handling, TCS on certain goods, and HSN-wise tax. E-invoicing kicks in above the turnover threshold, and e-way bill integration is built into the delivery workflow. Store-wise GSTINs, state-wise pricing rules, and credit notes across stores are first-class, not afterthoughts.
What we deploy
Multi-store inventory
Real-time stock across all stores and the warehouse, with inter-store transfer, batch and serial tracking, and reorder rules that respect store-level demand not just central.
POS (online + offline)
CounterFlow POS on Android or iPad, offline-first billing, barcode scanning, split payments, returns and exchange, and end-of-day reconciliation that posts straight into the books.
Headless storefront
Medusa.js or Next.js storefront wired to the same ERPNext stock and order ledger, so a sale in store and an order online never fight over the same unit and reporting is one number.
Loyalty, gift cards, credit
Customer credit accounts, loyalty points, gift cards, and store-credit issuance on returns — all reconciled to the same customer record across channels.

Frequently asked questions
Do you implement ERPNext for retail and D2C brands in India?
Yes — single-store retailers, multi-store chains, and D2C brands with both a website and a flagship or pop-up. The build is shaped by whether you sell online, in store, or both; we will scope it in discovery, not from a template.
Can ERPNext handle GST invoicing and e-invoicing for retail?
Yes — India Compliance handles GST intra-state and inter-state, HSN-wise tax, credit notes, and e-invoicing above the turnover threshold. Store-wise GSTINs are first-class, not a workaround.
Do you build a headless storefront too?
Yes — Medusa.js or Next.js storefronts, wired to the same ERPNext inventory and order ledger, with the storefront code in your repo and your domain. We do not white-label a third-party SaaS storefront.
What is the cost of ERPNext for a retail or D2C brand?
A multi-store, omnichannel D2C brand typically runs ₹12–22 lakh implementation plus ₹2–4 lakh per year for managed hosting. The full breakdown is on our ERPNext cost guide.
