Do you have an office in Pune?

No. Our office is in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, and the whole team works from there. We come to Pune for the visits that matter: the first one, where we map how your business runs, and go-live. Configuration, data moves and support run remotely, with the same people who visited you.

How often will you come to Pune?

At least twice: the first visit, to sit with the people who do the work and map it, and go-live, to be there for the switch and the first month-end close. Anything more in person, such as training a second shift, is agreed in the written scope before work starts.

Do you set up Maharashtra's payroll and GST rules?

Yes. Professional Tax and the Labour Welfare Fund in payroll, Shops and Establishments registers from your HR records, e-way bills from the delivery and e-invoices to the IRP, all set up and tested before go-live. We check each rule against the current Maharashtra notification in scoping, because these rules change.

Can invoices and payslips print in Marathi?

Yes, as a set-up item. ERPNext ships no ready Marathi translation for its business documents, so we build Marathi print formats for the invoices, labels and payslips your staff and customers need, and have the wording checked by someone who reads it every day.

Have you done work like ours?

How long does it take?

Our 2026 go-lives took 9 to 12 weeks a site, from the first visit to the first month-end close. Yours depends on how many plants or branches go live, how much history moves and what has to be custom. You get the timeline in the written scope, before you commit to anything.

It depends on what you need, your data and how many sites go live. ERPNext has no licence fee, per user or otherwise. What an implementation costs explains what moves the number. If you already run an ERPNext that hurts, the declutter audit is the place to start.

Are you a Frappe partner?
