What this flow is
Staff spend money on the company's behalf, travel above all, and claim it back with receipts that need checking and approval.
Here the claim lists each expense with its amount and the total, goes to the expense approver, and the amount owed to the employee is recorded so it can be paid back.

Inside the demo company
Mith Demo Traders, a made-up company that makes and sells kettles and toasters. It isn't GST-registered, so its documents carry no tax.
A 120 km trip at a per-km rate is entered for you. The GPS route and paying it back with salary are in MithUniverse only; approval is explained on screen, since the approver approves it, not you.
You're signed in as a demo visitor. Nothing is emailed, and what you make is removed 15 minutes after you finish.
